I have been a licensed Realtor for over 25 consecutive years and have been in the Top Producer Club each year. I am a fourth generation owner of Boise`s Windermere Real Estate/Richard B. Smith, Inc., founded in 1863 by my great-grandfather, Franklin B. Smith, Sr.Serving community.
My many community activities have included Boise Rotary Club, Visual Literacy (International Board Member and consultant), Outstanding Young Women of America, Gamma Phi Beta (past Alumni President), PEO, St. Luke`s Hospital Auxiliary, Boise City Panhellenic (Past President), Boise Gallery of Art, Fundsy, Boise Junior League, Opera Idaho, Neighborhood Watch (Chairman), Boise Parks and Recreation Impact Fee Board, and Bronco Athletic Association Board of Directors.Continuing education and professional studies.
I'm proud to hold two degrees: a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Idaho, and a Master of Arts in Education from Boise State University, with Doctoral Study through Portland State University. I am continuing to pursue my education annually through classes, workshops and seminars.Family.
Of course, my family is of prime importance to me. I feel blessed to be able to live and work near my family and to share time with my children Beau & Autumn Brazier, Barb & Rob Studebaker (and our beautiful grandsons Alex & Will), Rich Eichmann, my mother June Smith, and my husband & best friend David Eichmann.
